CARSON CITY, NV – The Secretary of State’s Office released the 2024 Ballot Question Guide to give voters information on all seven statewide ballot questions as the 2024 General Election kicks off.

“There are crucial races and ballot questions Nevada citizens will have the opportunity to vote on this year that impact how we live, learn or vote. The more informed we are about candidates, ballot questions and the electoral process, the better off our state will be,” said Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar.

“The Secretary of State’s Office had the responsibility of writing the condensation of ballot questions six and seven, and our goal was to develop explanations that most voters can read and understand easily, without complicated legal wording. This is one of our efforts to make the ballot accessible, so voters can be confident in their choices and what they mean for their lives.”

The ballot guide includes an explanation of each statewide question, for and against arguments, and next steps if the question passes in 2024. The guide is also available in SpanishFilipino | TagalogThaiVietnameseChinese and Korean.
