FULL STORY:  These people should have to pay extra if you ask me.  Their thrill ride came with BONUS thrills . . .

Footage from Six Flags Mexico is going viral after a bunch of people got stuck on a ride almost 250 feet up . . . in the middle of a huge STORM.  (Here’s the video.  It happened August 18th, but the video is just making the rounds.)

The ride is called Supergirl Sky Flight, or SkyScreamer at some of their parks.  You’re in a swing that spins you in circles.  A lot of fairs have them too, but those don’t go very high.   The Six Flags version hits a max height of 242 feet.

They were at the top when the ride froze up.  So they were just dangling for 10 minutes.  And there happened to be a torrential DOWNPOUR at the same time.

The video shows the wind whipping while everyone white-knuckles it.  You can hear several people screaming and crying.

The storm got worse as they were being evacuated, but no one was hurt.  Six Flags put out a statement saying it caused “some uncomfortable moments” for a few visitors, but that the ride was back up and running a short time later.
