A new report found A.I. is already saving people an average of one hour a day at work.
35,000 workers were polled. And of the people who use A.I. at work, the average person said it saves them a full 60 minutes.
Energy and utilities was the industry where it’s saving the most time, at 75 minutes a day. Aerospace and defense ranked last, but still averaged 52 minutes.
The average tech worker said 66 minutes a day . . . manufacturing, 62 minutes . . . and financial services, 57 minutes.
27% said it’s made for a better work/life balance. But 23% said they’re still doing the same amount of work, it’s just different.
