FULL STORY:  You can say what you want about Michael Keaton, but at least he keeps it real.  He was asked in an interview for GQ if he was disappointed that “Batgirl” was scrapped.  And his reaction was pretty honest.

Quote, “No, I didn’t care one way or another.  Big, fun, nice check.”

He did show some remorse though for the directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah.  Quote, “I like those boys.  They’re nice guys.  I pull for them.  I want them to succeed, and I think they felt very badly, and that made me feel bad . . .

“Me?  I’m good.”

“Batgirl” was canceled by Warner Brothers last year, even though it was nearly finished.  Keaton played Batman again, like he did in “The Flash”.

Keaton says he’s proud of his time as Batman and that Tim Burton deserves more credit for taking a chance on him.  Quote, “I’m nothing but only respectful and grateful, 100% . . . I like to prove everybody wrong.  It’s fun for me.”
